Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen, Good evening,
It is my great pleasure to be invited here for Tasly Group new products presentation. First of all, please allow me to extend, on behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Sydney, my warmest congratulations to you and your partners A Plus and University of Technology, Sydney.
Tasly Group is a leading modern pharmaceutical enterprise in China specializing in Chinese traditional medicine production. Its scope of business covers Chinese herb planting, drug research and development, drug extraction and more. By expanding its global marketing and long term business strategy, Tasly enjoys a high reputation in China domestic market, as well as in Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States.
As we all know, Chinese traditional medicine is a treasure inherited and crystallized from generation to generation in traditional Chinese culture. For thousands of years, Chinese traditional medicine has made an indelible contribution to the health of the people of Chinese nation. With the development of modern science and technology, the way of production has been gradually evolved from workshop-style to most scientific and efficient modern patterns.
As Australia is a multicultural country, we are pleased to see that Chinese culture is inclusively accepted and Chinese medicine is finally recognized by the Australian Government and protected by Australian laws in certain extent. We are even happier to see that Chinese medicine is widely welcomed by local community and has a good potential in Australian market. More and more research and study have been started in big universities and scientific institutes, including the University of Technology, Sydney, one of the most famous scientific research universities not only in Australia but also around the world.
Today we are very excited to see Tasly Group, a Chinese medicine expert and A Plus who is strong in local marketing, two hands joining together by integrating their advantages from both sides to make a close cooperation in local pharmaceutical market and further development of the related products. Another hand from the UTS joining in today, is most helpful not only for the future study and research, but also for more bilateral scientific cooperation in order that more Chinese pharmaceutical products can be guarantied and recognized in the local market. I believe that the sincere cooperation among you is bound to promoting the further development of Chinese medicine culture in Australia as well as Australian Chinese business cooperation to eventually benefit the peoples of both countries.
Last but not the least, I’d like to propose a toast to Tsaly, to A Plus and to UTS for the great success of your cooperation! And also to the health and happiness of all friends present here today!
