WHK Greenwoods is one of the largest city-based accounting firms in Sydney, numbering 22 Principals and 250 staff. We offer a full range of accounting and business services that include specialist tax advice, audit, corporate advisory and Asian business services. Through our financial services division, we also offer wealth management, financial planning, superannuation, risk insurance and finance broking services.
WHK Greenwoods is part of Investor Group Limited, a publicly listed company with 21 member firms and in excess of 1600 staff. The Investor Group is the 5th largest accounting firm in Australia and New Zealand with gross annual fees in excess of $150 million per year. Our clients are typically small and medium sized businesses in a variety of industries with turnover ranging from $0.5million to $500 million. Our client become more focused on their business as we work through commercial issues with them. Our client base includes privately held and publicly listed companies, large family groups, industry associations, research bodies and superannuation funds. We have led most of our publicly held clients through the listing process and been involved in the privatisation process of former government bodies.
